Summary
This study aims to find the most effective method for managing pain after laparoscopic gallbladder removal surgery. Researchers will compare three different nerve-blocking techniques given during anesthesia. The goal is to see which method best reduces patients' pain and need for opioid painkillers in the first 24 hours after surgery.
