NCT ID NCT07367568

First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks to control pain after breast removal surgery (modified radical mastectomy). About 110 women will receive either a costotransverse foramen block or an erector spinae plane block before surgery. The goal is to see which block reduces the need for morphine and provides better pain relief in the first two days after surgery.
