Summary
This study looked at 42 breast cancer patients having a mastectomy to see which nerve block works better for pain relief. One group got a pectoral plane block, the other an erector spinae plane block. The main goal was to measure how much morphine they needed in the first 24 hours after surgery. The results help doctors choose the best pain control method for South Asian patients.
