New study aims to find best pain block for gallbladder surgery patients

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (ESPB and ITPB) to see which one works better for pain after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. About 110 adults having elective surgery will be randomly assigned to receive one of the blocks. The goal is to find which block provides better pain relief and reduces the need for opioid painkillers.
