Summary
This study looked at two ways to control pain after chest surgery in children and teens. It compared a newer nerve block (erector spinae block) with a standard one (paravertebral block) to see if the newer method works just as well. The goal was to reduce the need for strong pain medicines. The study was stopped early and included 34 participants.
