New nerve block eases pain after Open-Heart surgery

Summary
This study tested whether combining two ultrasound-guided nerve blocks can better control pain after open-heart surgery. 40 adults having elective heart surgery through a breastbone incision received the blocks. The goal was to see if this approach lowers pain scores and improves recovery quality in the first 24 hours after surgery.
