First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests an inhaled medication called treprostinil palmitil taken once daily to see if it helps adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) walk farther. PAH is a serious condition where high blood pressure in the lungs makes it hard to breathe and exercise. The trial will compare the drug to a placebo over 24 weeks in about 344 participants, measuring changes in a 6-minute walk test and other health indicators.
