New daily inhaler could help PAH patients walk farther

Summary

This study tests a once-daily inhaled powder (TPIP) to see if it helps people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) walk farther. About 344 adults with PAH will receive either TPIP or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in a 6-minute walk test.
