Summary

This study looks at how common peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is in cancer patients who have risk factors like diabetes or smoking. PAD causes poor blood flow due to narrowed or blocked blood vessels. The goal is to find out how often PAD occurs in these patients and compare rates across different racial groups. About 114 people aged 65 or older scheduled for major surgery will be tested.
