Summary

This study is testing an oral medication called pacritinib for people aged 12 and older with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) or related blood disorders. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose for teenagers and to see if the drug can help control the disease in adults who haven't responded well to other treatments. Participants will take capsules twice daily for up to eight years while doctors monitor their health and response.
