New drug combo shows promise for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary

This early-phase trial is testing whether combining two targeted drugs (pacritinib and a BTK inhibitor) is safe and effective for people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to prior therapy. The study will enroll 10 adults and monitor side effects and tumor response. The goal is to find a new treatment option for this hard-to-treat blood cancer.
