NCT ID NCT07552402

First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether taking two oral drugs—paclitaxel solution and fruquintinib—can help people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. It is for patients whose cancer did not respond to or caused side effects from first-line treatment. About 150 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug combo or the doctor's choice of standard therapy.
