First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at people who need a pacemaker after a TAVI procedure (a less invasive way to replace a heart valve). It compares two pacing methods—physiological pacing and standard right ventricular pacing—to see which one helps patients feel better and walk farther after one year. About 48 participants with normal heart function will take part.
