Summary

This study tests a Pain and Coordination Plan (PAC-plan) for people who have had accidental injuries and are taking opioids after surgery. The plan includes guidance on stopping opioids, a follow-up doctor visit, and better teamwork between hospital and primary care. Researchers want to see if it reduces opioid use and improves quality of life. About 271 adults will take part.
