Summary
This study tested a new drug called P1101 in 29 adults with polycythemia vera, a rare blood cancer that causes too many red blood cells. Participants were people who couldn't use standard treatments. The main goal was to see if the drug could keep blood counts normal without needing to remove blood (phlebotomy) for at least 9 months. The study was completed and focused on safety and effectiveness.
