Summary
This study aims to understand if using ozone water during a root canal procedure affects certain chemical markers related to stress and healing in the tissue around the tooth. It will compare ozone water to a standard saline rinse in 60 patients with a specific, painless tooth infection. The main goal is to gather knowledge about how ozone might work, not to test a new treatment for symptoms.
