Ozonated oil dressing may soothe Post-Surgery wounds

Summary
This study tests whether a wound dressing with ozonated oil can reduce early inflammation after open inguinal hernia repair. About 60 adults having elective surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either the ozonated oil dressing or a standard sterile dressing. The main goal is to measure wound redness, swelling, and tenderness three days after surgery, with follow-up for 30 days.
