Summary
This study looks back at existing health records to compare how often people with type 2 diabetes experience serious heart problems (like heart attacks and strokes) and kidney issues, depending on whether they took Ozempic or other diabetes medications. It will analyze data from 100,000 Chinese patients to see if one treatment leads to better long-term health outcomes. The study does not involve giving any new treatments to participants.
