Oxygen gel may speed healing after dental surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a special oxygen gel applied to stitches after oral surgery can improve wound healing and reduce bacteria. About 44 healthy adults who need dental surgery will receive either the oxygen gel or standard care. Researchers will check healing at 1 and 2 weeks and test the stitches for germs.
