Summary
This study aims to find a safe and reliable dose of the Omicron BA.5 COVID-19 virus to use in future research. Researchers will give small groups of healthy, previously vaccinated or infected volunteers a nasal spray containing the virus to see what dose causes a mild, measurable infection. The goal is to create a standard model for testing new vaccines and treatments, not to treat or cure anyone.
