Summary
This study tests a new drug called Oxacom® in 260 adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where blood pressure in the lungs is too high. The goal is to see if different doses can improve blood flow and are safe compared to a placebo. Participants either have not had PAH treatment before or are on stable standard therapy.
