Nerve zapping trial seeks better relief for uncontrollable bladders
NCT ID NCT01558856
Summary
This study tested whether stimulating nerves on both sides of the body works better than the standard approach of stimulating just one side for overactive bladder. Researchers compared these two methods in 55 people whose bladder symptoms didn't improve with standard medications. The goal was to see which approach provided better symptom relief and quality of life improvements over one month.
