Summary

This study tracks 75 women with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer to see how chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy affects their ovaries and fertility. Participants will give blood samples and answer questionnaires before and after standard treatment, with follow-up for up to two years. No extra drugs are given—this is an observational study to gather important information for future patients.
