First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of acupoint photodynamic therapy (a type of light treatment) and a traditional Chinese medicine called Dingkun Dan can improve ovarian function in women aged 25 to 40 with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: light therapy plus placebo, light therapy plus the Chinese medicine, or the Chinese medicine alone. The main goal is to see if these treatments can increase key hormone levels and egg counts after three months.
