First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a single injection of goserelin before a stem cell transplant can help preserve ovarian function in women with blood cancers. About 64 women aged 14-50 will be randomly assigned to receive goserelin or not. The main goal is to see if more women resume normal periods six months after transplant.
