Saving future fertility: study tests best way to remove ovarian cysts in girls

Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical method for treating simple ovarian cysts in girls and adolescents. Researchers are comparing two minimally invasive techniques to see which one better preserves future fertility (ovarian reserve) and reduces the chance of cysts coming back. The study will include 80 participants aged 1 to 18 years who need surgery for their cysts.
