First-of-its-Kind personalized vaccine trial for ovarian cancer
NCT ID NCT03839524
Summary
This early-stage trial tested a personalized cancer vaccine called TG4050 in patients with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer who were in remission after initial treatment. The main goal was to check if the vaccine was safe and well-tolerated. Researchers also looked for early signs that the vaccine might help the immune system prevent the cancer from coming back.
