Summary
This study tests two drugs, zeprumetostat and fuzuloparib, together in 30 adults with advanced or recurrent ovarian cancer that has come back after platinum treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants must have a specific genetic profile (BRCA1/2 wild-type) and at least one measurable tumor.
