Wrist surgery without overnight stay: is it safe?

Summary
This study looks at whether people can go home the same day after surgery for a broken wrist, instead of staying in the hospital. About 70 adults will be randomly assigned to either same-day discharge or standard hospital care. Researchers will track recovery, arm function, and safety to see if same-day discharge works just as well.
