Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called OTS-412, made from a modified virus, alone or with other medicines (hydroxyurea and atezolizumab) in 27 adults with solid tumors that no longer respond to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also seeing if tumors shrink. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
