Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called OTS-412, made from a modified virus, alone or with other medicines in 24 adults with solid tumors that no longer respond to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, and secondarily to see if tumors shrink. It is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
