Summary

This study tested two types of exercises—Otago and Frenkel's—in 40 people with Parkinson's disease aged 55-75. The goal was to strengthen key muscles that help with standing and walking, and to improve balance to reduce falls. Participants did the exercises and their muscle strength and balance were measured before and after.
