Summary
This study looked at whether combining two types of exercises—Otago and Frenkel's—could help people with Parkinson's disease strengthen key muscles and improve balance. Forty participants aged 55 to 75 with mild to moderate Parkinson's took part. The exercises focused on muscles that help us stand and move against gravity, with the goal of making daily activities safer and reducing the risk of falls.
