Summary
This study looked at whether combining two types of exercises—Otago and Frenkel's—can help people with Parkinson's disease strengthen key muscles and improve balance. 40 participants aged 55-75 with mild to moderate Parkinson's took part. The exercises focus on muscles that help us stand and move against gravity, aiming to make daily activities safer and reduce fall risk.
