Summary
This study tested a new medicine called MT-5547 to see if it can reduce moderate to severe pain from osteoarthritis of the knee or hip. About 626 Japanese adults aged 40 to 85 took part. The main goal was to measure pain changes over 16 weeks using a standard pain scale.
