NCT ID NCT05401110

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding carotuximab to the standard drug osimertinib is safe and tolerable for people with advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to treatment. About 60 participants will receive the combination to find the best dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also track how well the tumors shrink or stay stable.
