Summary
This study tests whether the drug osimertinib can stop small, hazy spots (called GGNs) left in the lungs from growing after surgery for a type of lung cancer. It includes 43 adults with stage I lung cancer and a specific gene mutation. Participants take a daily pill for one year, and doctors monitor the spots with CT scans.
