First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer still shows signs of activity (ctDNA positive) after initial treatment with osimertinib. Researchers want to see if adding a second drug, sacituzumab tirumotecan, can improve outcomes. About 120 participants will receive the combination therapy, and the main goal is to measure how long the cancer stays under control.
