Dental study tests best way to make braces stick

NCT ID NCT07491796

Summary

This study compared two ways dentists use a special light to harden the glue that holds braces (brackets) to teeth. Patients getting braces were randomly assigned to have their brackets bonded using either a one-step or a two-step light-curing process. The goal was to see which technique resulted in fewer brackets falling off over six months.
