Summary
This study uses an anonymous online survey to find out what UK trainee doctors think about orthopaedic surgery—including its inclusivity, work-life balance, and career appeal. About 300 foundation doctors and core trainees will share their views. The results will help improve training, diversity, and recruitment in orthopaedics.
