Summary

This study tests whether doing simple mouth and throat exercises can help people with obstructive sleep apnea who cannot use a CPAP machine. 45 participants will be randomly assigned to supervised, unsupervised, or fake exercises for 10 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and if it improves sleep, daytime sleepiness, and quality of life.
