New psoriasis drug shows promise in Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ORKA-001 in 160 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it can clear skin lesions. The main goal is to measure complete skin clearance after 16 weeks of treatment.
