NCT ID NCT07201844

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 40 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving people with generalized anxiety disorder the power to choose between two internet-based treatments helps them feel better and stick with the program. About 440 adults will either pick their preferred therapy or be assigned one randomly. The goal is to see if choice improves symptoms, satisfaction, and a sense of control over treatment.
