Choice over cure: anxiety patients pick their own therapy in new study

Summary
This study tests whether letting people with generalized anxiety disorder choose between two internet-based treatments helps them feel better. About 440 adults will either pick their preferred therapy or be assigned one randomly. The goal is to see if choice improves symptoms, treatment completion, and satisfaction.
