First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests if a lower, less frequent dose of radiation therapy works as well as the standard dose for people with long-lasting heel pain from heel spur syndrome. About 366 adults who haven't gotten relief from other treatments will be randomly assigned to one of three radiation schedules. The goal is to see if the gentler approach can reduce pain by at least half after three months.
