Immunotherapy combo may spare cancer patients from surgery
NCT ID NCT06580574
First seen May 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026
Summary
This study tests a combination of immunotherapy drugs (sintilimab, IBI310, lenvatinib) in people with non-spreading stomach or colon cancers that have a specific genetic feature (MSI-H/dMMR). The goal is to see if these drugs can make the cancer disappear or shrink enough so that surgery is not needed. About 34 adults will take part, and the main focus is on how many can avoid surgery while keeping the cancer under control.
