New combo therapy aims to shrink lymphoma without lifelong drugs

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (orelabrutinib, rituximab, and possibly lenalidomide) in people with untreated marginal zone lymphoma that has spread. The goal is to see how well the treatment shrinks or eliminates the cancer. About 50 adults will take part, and the study is currently recruiting.
