Summary
This study looks at whether adding oregano and basil leaves to the diet can lower inflammation and improve cholesterol in people who recently had unstable angina. About 70 participants will eat these herbs and have their blood and urine tested. The goal is to see if simple kitchen herbs can help manage heart disease.
