Summary
This early-stage trial tests a cell therapy called Orca-T combined with standard drugs to prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in up to 24 adults with advanced blood cancers like leukemia or MDS. Participants receive a stem cell transplant from a donor who is only a 7 out of 8 HLA match. The main goal is to see if this approach reduces severe transplant-related complications within the first 100 days.
