First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at whether knowing more about dental health is linked to healthier gums. Researchers checked the dental knowledge and gum health of 108 Turkish adults. They found that people with lower dental health knowledge tended to have worse gum health. The results suggest that improving dental education could help prevent gum disease.
